The service we offer

Indigo Real Estate is running a pilot in Queensland for owners who want to sell their own property. During the pilot we offer tools to prepare a listing and manage buyer enquiries and inspection requests, a review of listings before publication, and optional support, including introductions to independent professionals.

Joining the pilot through this website is an expression of interest. It doesn’t create an agreement to provide services, or commit you to sell. Any service is provided under a separate written agreement that sets out its scope and price.

What we don’t do

• We don’t act as your licensed selling agent during the pilot.
• We don’t provide valuations, appraisals or price estimates.
• We don’t negotiate, make or accept offers on anyone’s behalf.
• We don’t give legal, conveyancing, financial or tax advice. Sellers and buyers should get independent advice.

Listings

Listings are prepared by property owners and reviewed by us before publication. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Buyers should make their own enquiries and inspections before relying on any listing information. Inspection requests are requests until a time has been confirmed.

Services not yet available

Rentals, Buyer-agent services, Viewing Buddy are planned for later phases. Where this website mentions them, it describes plans, not services you can use now.
