Join the pilot
Tell us a little about your property and the help you’d like. It takes about two minutes.

Get set up
We’ll call to talk it through, then send your onboarding steps. Documents are collected later, securely.

Prepare your listing
Write your listing with our guidance. Every listing is reviewed before it’s published.

Handle enquiries
Buyer enquiries stay linked to your property, so nothing gets lost between messages and calls.

Run inspections
Buyers request a time; you confirm it. Nothing shows as booked until it’s agreed.

Progress your sale
You stay in control of offers and decisions, with your own conveyancer handling the contract.

Some owners want to run everything. Others want help with photos, their listing or inspections. You choose what you need, and you can change your mind as you go.
