How we handle your information

Last updated 1 October 2026.

What we collect

When you use a form on this website we collect what you enter: your name, phone number and/or email, and the details of your enquiry — for example your suburb, property type, timeframe, the support you’d like, or the property you’re asking about. We also record which form you used, the page you were on, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and the consent choices you made.

We don’t ask for identity documents or detailed property records on this website. If you go ahead with the pilot, those are collected later through a secure onboarding process.

How we use it

We don’t sell your information. We don’t add you to unrelated marketing campaigns.

Who handles it

Indigo Real Estate is part of the Indigo family of businesses. Your enquiry is stored securely and passed to our customer-enquiry system, which our team (and our AI assistant, under human supervision) uses to manage follow-up. Access is limited to the people who need it to help you. We use service providers for hosting and data storage, who may store data outside Australia under appropriate safeguards.

A buyer’s details are shared with a seller only as needed to arrange an inspection or pass on an enquiry. A seller’s personal contact details are not shared with buyers unless the seller asks us to.

Website analytics

We measure how the website is used — pages viewed, buttons clicked, and whether forms were started and sent — so we can improve it. Analytics never include what you type into a form. If you send an enquiry, it is linked to your visit so we can see which pages helped. We may use Microsoft Clarity, which masks text you type and sets its own cookies.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, withdraw consent to marketing at any time, or ask us to stop contacting you. Use the contact form.

If you’re not satisfied with how we handle a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
